At The Remnants, every piece is produced with intention, care, and attention to detail. While we stand firmly behind the quality of our products, we understand that certain situations may require review. The policy below outlines how refunds and exchanges are handled.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchases once an order has been placed. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and order information before completing their purchase.

Refund exceptions may be considered only in the following circumstances:

Product defects

Incorrect items shipped

Orders received in damaged condition

If you believe your order qualifies under one of the above conditions, please contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for Canadian customers only within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

Proof of purchase is required

Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Chargebacks

False or fraudulent chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any customer who initiates a chargeback without valid cause may be subject to further action, including refusal of future service. We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can address and resolve concerns appropriately.
