At The Remnants, every piece is produced with intention, care, and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our work and we want you to love your pieces as much as we love designing, creating, and wearing them

Refunds

We want you to love your Remnants pieces as much as we love designing, creating & wearing them. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we’ll give you a full refund. All we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging.

To start a return, email support@theremnants.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for Canadian customers only within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

Proof of purchase is required

Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Chargebacks

False or fraudulent chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any customer who initiates a chargeback without valid cause may be subject to further action, including refusal of future service. We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can address and resolve concerns appropriately.
